Refund & Exchange Policy

At Angara Fashion, we truly care about your satisfaction and want you to love what you receive. While we hope every order brings you joy, we've put together a transparent return and refund policy to ensure everything is fair and clear.

General Policy

  • No Monetary Refunds: We issue gift cards or store credits only—no cash or bank refunds.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Returns/Exchanges are Accepted Only If:

  • You receive a defective or damaged item.
  • You receive an incorrect or missing item.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

  • Change of mind, size issues, or style preferences.
  • Discounted/sale items or custom orders.
  • International orders.
  • If a return is approved simply because you didn’t like the product, return shipping charges will be deducted from store credit.

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

To be eligible for a return, your claim must include a proper unboxing video:

  • Start from the sealed package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label with your name and address, and the invoice.
  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and unfiltered.
  • No claims will be processed without this proof.

Reporting Timeline

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

  • Product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • No scratches, deformities, or signs of wear.
  • Items are subject to quality check before approval.
  • If a return is not approved, it will be sent back at your expense.

Exclusions

  • Gift wrapping services are non-returnable.
  • Zirconia stone loss is not covered under returns/refunds.

Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return:

  2. Prepare the Package:

    Ensure the item is unused, with tags and packaging intact.

  3. Hand Over the Package:

    We will schedule a pick-up. If not serviceable, the customer must courier the item to our address.

  4. Processing:

    Once the product reaches our warehouse, allow 7-10 working days for inspection. Upon approval, store credit or replacement will be processed within 24 hours.

Refund & Store Credit

  • Refunds are in the form of gift cards, valid for:
    • 30 days for regular returns.
    • 3 months in special cases like India-based exchanges.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for:
    • Transit delays or courier-related issues.
    • Orders returned due to wrong or incomplete address.
    • Rejected prepaid orders upon delivery.

Important: If your package is returned due to incorrect address or rejection upon delivery, only 50% of the product value will be refunded within 15–20 days.

Replacement & Substitution

Replacements depend on product availability. If unavailable, you may choose to:

  • Wait for restock
  • Receive store credit (gift card)

Shipping charges for replacements are non-refundable.
